Hi General Manager,

I was at your dealership this morning, hoping just to sit inside a Hyundai Veloster inside the showroom to check out the headroom (for a person who is 6'1") and especially the visibility (I have trouble seeing past the c-pillars on hatchbacks). I hated to take up anyone's time because I was just there to scope things out and see if this certain vehicle would work for my husband and me IF we decide we need a second car - we had seen the car online and it looked interesting for sure. I met your sales representative Hank Hudson and wanted to tell you about my experience with him.

Hank was so welcoming and friendly to me - so willing and eager to help. He took me in a golf cart out onto the lot to look at a couple of Velosters - got the keys so I could sit inside. He was really informative about all the features and showed me some extra things I wouldn't have noticed (like the rubber mat/tray in the hatch and the telescoping steering wheel, also the way the seats crank down with the lever to give more headroom). He was asking questions to see if it would be a good fit for us - he really gave a good, solid "tour" of the car. The third door is so cool (and there is so much back seat room) and the panoramic sunroof is amazing. I had told him from the start that I didn't need to take time driving it - it didn't seem fair to drive one until we decide whether or not we are going to be able to make a move for another car and not just look. Even without driving, the time I spent this morning told me just what I needed to know for now.

Hank was really enthusiastic about the vehicle and the Hyundai brand - all of the vehicles, not just the V. He also showed me some used cars and talked to me about the complete inspection and reconditioning process that your used vehicles undergo before they are offered for sale. It was a really nice experience and so refreshing to have someone help out and give information without pushing - it is very obvious that he cares about his customers and wants them to know all of their options. I appreciated his help and mannerism so much - he gave such a great impression of your dealership.

Now I know this car would work really well for us because I've seen it up close, and I would like to return there for sure to work with Hank if we do end up buying anything. I told him that I'm not sure if we are going to acquire a second car right now and that if we decide to, we might hold out for the turbo version of the V if we can swing the extra cost. We are only in the really early thinking (dreaming?) stage right now, there is no timeframe, so I sure wouldn't want you to think he lost a sale in any way. Whether we get a second car or not, I really wanted you to know that Hank took great care of me today and if we know of anyone else looking for a Hyundai, we will send them in your direction for sure.

Jeff, I think were going to like the car a lot. My wife seems to really enjoy driving it around. The only bad part will be her Corvette will just sit in the garage and that's not good for the car. We both enjoyed dealing with you and the rest of the people at the dealership. To bad your so far away from where we live. The dealers around us are not the best from what we have experienced so far. Anyway, thanks again and have a good life.
